This certifies, that Martha Jane Quinn, F.P.S. whose signature appears in the margin in her own handwriting, was on the 26th day of Sep 1850 regularly admitted a member of Washington Union No. 1 located in Cincinnatti and working under a legal and unforfeited Charter, granted by the Grand Union of the state of OH, on the 9th day of Feb 1846. Having paid all demands against her up to the 9th of Sep 1852 and being under no charge whatsoever, we have granted her this Clerance Card, and recommend her to the due regard of all true Daughters of Temperance.
