Which translated means:-
A Silver shield with a red diagonal band, edged in black, upon
which are 3 gold circles.
Argent is silver, one of the metals of a shield usually painted
white. It denotes Peace and Sincerity. Gules is Red, one of the
colours of a shield denoting Military Courage and Benevolence.
The Bend of a shield represents Defence. Sable is Black, one of
the colours of a shield denoting preparedness.
Bezants are Gold and represent gold coins used during
pilgrimages.
