"Henry was a railroad tie buyer for Potosi Tie Company for several years. He also, cut the ties and sent them down the Piney River, where there would be men waiting downstream to intercept. Henry was an intelligent businessman that left his wife with a considerable amount of money. He owned eighty acres of land on March 29, 1926, when he suffered a fatal heart attack at the age of 62".
