We don't know her last name. Eliza Keeton, age 16, is living in hsld in 1850, perhaps Elizabeth is a Keaton? May be a sister of Rebecca Jane DAY who married William L. WHITELY
Could dau Suzanne D. Whitely middle name be Day?

a chart made by Thomas Whitely's has Eliz. Lee under Albert G.'s name, not Francis where he has only Elizabeth. [S24] [S1637]

Notes

John emigrated to the Island of Barbadoes, an influential planter, and his will was entered for probate in Barbadoes on Nov 27, 1673. Among his children was Capt. John Higginbotham who for business reasons returned to England.

St. Phillip's Parish is on the North Eastern part of the island, St. Phillip's church is marked on a map in "A History of Barbados, 1625-85".

There has been much speculation that these Higginbothams were pirates in behalf on of the Queen to raid French and Spanish ships in the area. [S464]
