Humbly Sheweth That your petitioners said Father died about ten years since Intestate leaving a Widow named Clora (since intermarried with Henry Wonerlich) and issue fourteen Children, to wit, Jacob, Anna the wife of Conrad Delph, John, George, Philip, Magdalena the wife of Adam Block, Nicholas, your petitioner, Anna Martha the wife of Henly, Rosina the wife of Jacob Lehman, Barbara the wife of Henry Graff, Elizabeth the wife of John Maurer, Clora the wife of Henry Bachman, and Andrew who is since deceased leaving issue one Child named Catharine, And that the said Intestate died seized in his demesne as of Fee of ana? in A Certain Messuage and Tract or piece of Land situate in Rockland Township aforesaid adjouning Lands of Casper Rupert, George Bingus, Michael Bower and Daniel Yoder containg fifty Acres or thereabouts be the same more or less with the Appurtenances.
