News/Obit* 10 December 1950  ELISCHER: Mrs Rose, 68 3601 Jackson, died in her home Saturday after a short illness. Resident of Gary 38 years. Member for the archconfraternity of St. Mark’s church; St.Annie’s Rosary Society of St. Anthony’s Church; Royal Neighbors of America, White Lily camp. Survivors: husband, Ferdinand; 2 sons Fred and George; three daughters, Mrs. Stanley Kusmierz, Mrs. Carl Moles and Mrs. John Lustina; a sister, Mrs Marie Hagen, in Europe; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Pruzin funeral home and 10 a.m. in St. Mark’s church. Rev. John C. Witte officiating. Burial in Calvary cemetery. Rosary at 8 tonight at the funeral home. Royal Neighbors of America Since 1895, Royal Neighbors of America has provided a community where women can come together for friendship, volunteer programs and financial products, including life insurance. Royal Neighbors of America was founded on the timeless principle of charity: "neighbor helping neighbor." We were one of the first organizations to offer financial services to women.2
