Obituary - Mrs. G. D. Baum

Mrs. Icy Baum, wife of George D. Baum, of Madison township, mention of whose death was made in The Register last week, was the oldest of the family of twelve children of I. H. and Susan Bradford.



After reaching womanhood she married George D. Baum to which union six children were born. Three of these children preceded her to the grave. The children living are Mrs. Wilbur Bagent, Mrs. Noah King and Ralph Baum. The husband also survices her.



Besides the husband and three children Mrs. Baum is survived by four sisters and six brothers. They are : Mrs. Fred Minner, of Madison township; Mrs. John Kay, John and Ray Bradford, of Zanesville; Mrs. G. W. Winn, of Norwich Rt. 1; Mrs. W. R. Bradford of this village; Jas. A. Bradford, of Newark; Harry of near Ellis and J. E. and Isaac Bradford of Norwich Rt. 1.



Mrs. Bradford was a member of the Salem M. P. church and a woman of many good qualities.



Funeral services were conducted Thursday forenoon at the Salem M. P. church by Rev. O. E. Vice and the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at that place.



Undertaker H. E. Shirer had charge of the burial.
