    Jesse James Bagent, 56, of Sonora died at 5 am, Saturday at Bethesda Hospital following an illness of nine months. He was admitted to the hospital Friday. Mr. Bagent had been employed at the Burnham Corporation for 26 years. He was born in Salem Township on 1 January, 1898, a son of James and Della Wisecarver Bagent. He spent most of his life at Sonora. He was associated with Jehovah's Witnesses. On November 29, 1921, he was married to Corinne Lowe, who survives along with a son, Emmett Bagent of Sonora; three brothers, Willard Bagent of Sonora, Willis of Adamsville Road and Ora of Roseville; a half brother Garland Bagent of Coopermill Road and two grandchildren. The body was removed to the Shirer & Son Funeral Home at Adamsville, where services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon. C. P. Stottler will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery near Sonora.
