Lucile K. (Dickey) Kelly, 85

ZANESVILLE -- Lucile K. (Dickey) Kelly, 85 , of Zanesville died at 2:50 a.m., Sunday, March 21, 2004, at Genesis-Good Samaritan Campus, following a brief illness.



She was born on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 1918, in Dresden, the daughter of Fred Dickey and Cora Shirer Dickey. She was a member of the Euclid Avenue Methodist Church.



Surviving are a daughter, Christine K. Castle of Ann Arbor, Mich.; a son, Stephen J. Kelly of Cambridge; a granddaughter, Tara Kelly of Cambridge; a great-granddaughter, Anaka Van Arnam of Cambridge; and one brother, Paul (Lucille) Dickey of Cleveland.



She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph M. Kelly, who died April 4, 1988; one sister, Florence Harkness; and four brothers, Roy, Carlos, Wilbur and Dwight Dickey.



Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, at the Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home, 935 Forest Ave.



Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2004, at the funeral home, with Rev. Clarence Dinnen officiating. Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.



Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association East Central Ohio Chapter, 126 W. Church St., Newark OH 43055.
