ALDRICH, David R. age 84 of Vandalia, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2004 at Grandview Hospital. David was born September 15, 1920 in Clyde, Ohio, son of the late Sherman & Rosetta (Tanner) Aldrich. He was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service and a WW II U.S. Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Emerson and 1 sister, JoAnn, David is survived by his wife of 57 years, Reba (Williams); 2 daughters, Dixie and Donna; 1 brother, James and 3 grandsons, Aaron, Tyler and Kyle. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
