Born February 6, 1939 to Clay and Mary Lemmon, who preceded her in death and also a sister, Lucie Wilcoxson and brother, Louie Lemmon. Sharon was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Dallas. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Theodore P. Perna, daughters; Leslie Kell and husband Mike of Manchaca, TX, Deborah Gladen and husband Kent of Lake Dallas, TX, son; Jeff Perna and wife Carolyn of Dallas, TX, seven grandchildren, sister Linda Lindeman and husband Bill of Ft. Wayne IN., and brother; Jim Lemmon of Indiana. VISITATION will be 2 - 4 P.M. and 6 - 7:30 P.M. Sunday March 25, 2007 at Williams Funeral Directors. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 2 P.M. Monday March 26, 2007 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 11211 Northwest Hwy. Dallas, TX 75238 INURNMENT will be at Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX. SHARON L. PERNA, 68, of Garland, Texas, died Thursday, March 22, 2007, at her sister's residence in Fort Wayne. Born Feb. 6, 1939, in Hamilton, she was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, Dallas, Texas. Surviving are her husband, Theodore P.; daughters, Leslie (Mike) Kell of Austin, Texas and Deborah (Kent) Gladen of Lake Dallas, Texas; son, Jeff (Carolyn) Perna of Oak Cliff, Texas; seven grandchildren; sister, Linda (Bill) Lindeman of Fort Wayne; and brother, Jim Lemmon of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lucie Wildoxson; and brother, Louie Lemmon. Memorial service was Monday, March 26, 2007, at Bethel Lutheran Church, Dallas, Texas. Burial in DFW National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas. Preferred memorials to American Cancer Society. Local arrangements by Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home.
