ORRVILLE -- Trent D. "Bud" Hess, 72, of Orrville, formerly of North Lawrence, died Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at his residence. Trent was born Jan. 20, 1940, in Mount Vernon to Donald and Virginia (Rudolph) Hess. He had milked cows for the Forrer Brother's Farm in North Lawrence. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and he loved to talk. He will be remembered as a caring, fun and loving man who looked after his family and neighbors. Surviving are a sister, Jerri (Donald) Forrer of North Lawrence; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Joan Brillhart. There will be no services. Cremation will take place and his ashes will be spread near a tree on his favorite hunting grounds. Auble Funeral Home in Orrville, is handling arrangements.
