News/Obit*	21 January 1941	Mrs. Irene Shreeve Woodworth Weds Jay Van Vechten Today Mrs. Irene Shreeve Woodworth of New York and Palm Beach, widow of the late Chauncey Clark Woodworth, is being married to Jay Henry Van Vechten of New York today at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Miami Biltmore in Coral Gables. Following the ceremony, which will be performed by Judge Otto C. Stegemann of Miami in the presence of Mr. Van Vechton's family, a wedding breakfast will be served at the hotel. Mrs. Woodworth will wear a Milgrim model, an afternoon frock of pale blue silk wool, a small hat of matching material, with a blue veil, and a corsage of orchids. She will have as her attendant, Mr. Van Vechten's mother, Mrs Anna Van Vechten of Coconut Grove, at whose home she has been a guest for several days. Charles Van Vechten of New York will serve his brother as best man. Mr. Van Vechten and his bride will spend three weeks at the Miami Biltmore and a short time in Havana before going to New York, where they will reside at 480 Park Avenue.
