Merle and Delores Hayden will be celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary February 23, 2011. They were married in Peru, Iowa, in 1941. They are the proud parents of David Hayden , who passed away in 1998, Jake (Judy) Hayden , Judy (Bob) Blowers, Harvey (Corlis) Hayden , Phillip (Jill) Hayden and Carolyn (Jon) Boyle. They have 21 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and five great-greatgrandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to an open house Saturday, February 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene, 1010 Clark St., Davenport.
