Morris was a warehouseman for 28 years, working for A.M. Lewis for 22 years and then six years for Stater Bros. until he retired in 1995.

He drove trucks locally and long-haul for Foremost Building Material, United Building Materials, Double L Feed and Farm Supply, McAnally Enterprises and A.M.Lewis.

Morris is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Kirt of Calimesa; two brothers, Steve and Harvey, both of Oregon; and four nephews and two nieces.

Morris treasured his friends and family and loved being able to help in any way he could. He will be missed.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Calimesa. Weaver Mortuary in Beaumont is handling arrangements.

MORRIS L. FIRESTONE, 66, died Saturday at his home in Yucaipa. Born in McAlester, Okla., Mr. Firestone lived in Yucaipa 46 years. He was a warehouseman for 28 years. He worked for A.M. Lewis for 22 years and then worked six years at Stater Bros. until he retired in 1995. He also drove trucks locally and long-haul for Foremost Building Material, United Building Material, Double L Feed and Farm Supply, McAnally Enterprises and A.M. Lewis.

Mr. Firestone is survived by his wife, Barbara; a son, Kirt of Calimesa; and two brothers, Steven and Harvey, both of Oregon.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Calimesa. Weaver Mortuary in Beaumont is handling arrangements.
