North Lima-Services will be at 11 A.M. Saturday in the Woodworth Church of the Brethren for E. Edison Brobst, 78, of 9248 Woodworth Road, who died of Pneumonia Thursday morning at Southside Medical Center, where he had been a patient for four and a half weeks. Mr. Brobst was born Sept. 15, 1908, in Canfield, a son of Elmer and Mary Eastman Brobst. He retired in 1970 from the General Fireproofing Co., where he had worked for 34 years in the assembly department. He was a member of the church and sang in it's male quartet. His first wife, the former Alice Hitchcock, whom he married in 1932, died in 1966.

Besides his second wife, the former Ethel Harrold, whom he married Nov. 29, 1968, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Norman of North Lima and Mrs. Sara Sendry of Kent; four sisters, Mrs. Esther Coppinger and Mrs. Crystal Smeach, both of Austintown, Mrs. Maxine Morgan of Canton, and Mrs. Vonna Hunt of Youngstown; two brothers, Wilford of Youngstown and Sidney of Canfield; and four grandchildren. A brother, Luther is deceased.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 P.M. today at the Seederly-Mong Funeral Home here and in the church for one hour prior to the service.

The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to the church building fund.

NORTH LIMA — E. Edison Brobst, 78, of 9248 Woodworth Road, died of pneumonia at 9:35 a.m. Thursday at Southside Medical Center, Youngstown, where he had been a patient four and a half weeks.

He was born Sept. 15, 1908, in Canfiel, a son of Elmer and Mary (Eastman) Brobst.

He worked in the assembly department at General Fireproofing in Youngstown for 34 years, retiring in 1970. He waa a member of the Woodworth Church, of the Brethren, North Lima.

His first wife, Alice Hitchcock, whom he married in 1932, preceded him in death in 1966.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel Harrold, whom he married Nov. 29, 1968; two daughters, Peggy Norman of North Lima and Mrs. Sara Sendrya of Kent; four sisters, Mrs. Esther Coppinger and Mrs. Crystal (Herbert) Smeach, both of Austintown, Mrs. Maxine Morgan of Canton and Mrs. Vonna (Charles) Hunt of Youngstown; two brothers, Wilfred of Youngstown and Sidney of Canfield; and four grandchildren.

A brother, Luther, also preceded him in death.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Jay Steele officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Youngstown.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 Funeral Home, North Lima, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Material,contributions may take the form of donations to the church building fund.
