Robert D. Webreck, 81, Catherine St., Somerset, died July 28, 1979 at Somerset Community Hospital.

He was born Dec. 11, 1897 in Northampton Township, son of the late Fannon and Anna (Leydig) Webreck.

Also preceded in death by first wife, the former Lula Leydig, and three brothers.

He is survived by wife, the former Elsie Rock Beggs, and these children: James, Richard, and William, Berlin; stepchildren: Donald, James and Calvin Beggs, Somerset; and Romayne, wife of Floyd DePhillips, Somerset RD 4; 12 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; and eight step-great grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Alice Wilmouth, Somerset, and Mrs. Leah Hostetler, Johnstown. Charter member of Berlin American Legion Post; Veteran of W W I.

Friends were received at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services were conducted with the Rev. John Cox officiating.

Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
