Lacknett, Deceased You are hereby notified that the oil and gas lease between Mary E. Barnet, widow, William D. Barnet, unmarried, James F. Barnet, unmarried, and Charles J. Barnet, unmarried, and G. S. Lacknett, as Lessee, covering the following real estate Situated in the Township of Newark, County, of Licking and State of Ohio, being bounded on the North by lands of the James Heirs, on the South by land of Wm Wentzel, on the East by lands of one Mr. Lee and on the West by lands of Horn Hill Park (so-called), and containing 90 acres, more or less. which lease has been duly recorded in Vol. 69, at page 422, at the Lease Records of Licking County, Ohio, having been forfeited for failure to produce oil or gas therefrom or to pay delay rentals thereon for a period of more than two (2) years last past, the undersigned intend to file for records an Affidavit of Forfeiture pursuant to Section 5301 322. Ohio Revised Code, with the Recorder of Licking County, Ohio, if such heirs at law and next of kin of the said G. S. Lacknett, deceased, do not have such lease released of record within 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice. The undersigned are the successors in interest to the original Lessors, reference being here made of greater certainty, to the deed from Roe Francis, Sheriff of Licking County, Ohio to William D. Barnet, and James F. Barnet, dated May 11, 1949, and recorded in Vol. 411, at page 659, of the Deed Records of Licking County, Ohio. Louis E. Barnet Executrix of the Estate of James F. Barnet, deceased Francis P. Maloney, Conservator of the property of Wiliam [sic] D.
