Mrs. Ada Bowman Jordan was born November 1, 1866 and passed away at the family home in this village, Friday, June 5, 1925, aged 58 years, 7 months and 5 days.

She was the daughter of Solomon and Eliza Bowman and was born and reared in Adams township, and with the exception of one year and a half which she and her husband lived in Zanesville, her entire life was spent in this community.

On October 17, 1880 she was united in marriage to Neuton F. Jordan and to this union two children were born, who with their father survive her. They are: Miss Vera Jordan and Myron Jordan both of the home.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home, by the Rev. W. E. Hayden of Zanesville, and the remains were placed in the Mausoleum at Woodlawn cemetery in Zanesville.

H. E. Shirer undertaker in charge.
