Funeral services Wednesday Nov 2, 1994, 10 a.m. at Pruzin Brothers Chapel with Rev. Dennis Teles officiating. Burial Calvary Cemetery, Portage. Mr. Kusmierz was a retired Gary Police officer from the Gary Police Dept. with 25 years service; member of FOP & was a former security guard at the Anderson Co. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the family.1
