Note*   She was baptized at Berg und Thal, Berg Lutheran Church on Aug. 27, 1733. Her baptism has the comment that she was "born 30 weeks too early;
conceived before marriage." Witnesses to the baptism were Johannes Lentz (farmer in Thal), Hans Theobald Nunnenmacher (single son of Marcel Nunnenmacher, a farmer and innkeeper), Maria Catharina Mannlein (single daughter of Isaac Mannlein, a blacksmith and census taker) and Anna Maria Ort (single daughter of Johannes Ort, a shepherd). She was about 20 when she set sail from Rotterdam with her parents. She married shortly after her arrival to
America. Her death reference is from Western Pennsylvania Genealogy, Vol. 9, Nos. 1 and 2, Jan-Apr 1993.
