James R. Carmack, 78, of Guernsey Drive died Friday at The Toledo Hospital. He was born in Fremont, the son of the now-deceased James S. and Estelle (Corwin) Carmack. He was a 1945 graduate of Ross High School. He married Helen Hofelich on Feb. 19,
1955, at St. Ann Church in Fremont, and she survives.. James served in the U.S. Navy as a seaman second class during World War II, having been awarded the Victory Medal, American Area Campaign...
