PARROTT, ESTELLA SAGER, 93, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Oct. 17, 1999) at Palm Shores Retirement Center. Born in Columbus, Ohio, she came here in 1983 from Cleveland, where she lived for 45 years. She was a graduate of Oberlin Conservatory of Music and taught in public schools for several years in Royal Oak, Mich., and Miami County, Ohio, before assisting with her husband's ministry at Garfield Trinity Baptist Church, Garfield Heights, Ohio, for 33 years. She attended American Baptist Church of the Beatitudes, St. Petersburg. Survivors include her husband of 71 years, the Rev. Harry Bonnette Parrott Sr.; two daughters, Winona A. Patrick, Damascus, Md., and Evangeline Kay Tokar, Saratoga, Calif.; two sons, the Rev. Harry B. Jr., St. Petersburg, and David B., Cleveland; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood, Ohio.
