SUMRELL, Margaret M., 66, of Rocky Mount, died January 21, 1993 at her home. Mrs. Sumrell is survived by her husband, Marion J. Sumrell; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael Jeffrey and Brenda Dunman Sumrell, Rocky Mount, David James Sumrell, Boston, Mass.; two sisters, Dorothy M. Butler, Salem, and Elizabeth M. Hiler, Topeka, Kan.; two brothers, John W. McCauley, Salem, and James P. McCauley, Mount Ulla, N.C. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 1993 at the Rocky Mount United Methodist Church by the Rev. William K. Dawson. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (A.L.S.), Professional Park One, 4502 Starkey Rd. S.W., Roanoke, VA 24014 or the Callaway Rescue Squad, Rt. 1, Callaway, VA 24067. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
