Be it Remembered: That at a term of said Court, begun and held at the City, of Cleveland, within and for said County, on the 3rd day of April in the year of our Lord on thousand eight hundred and 94 personally came William Harvey an alien, and native of England and made application to be NATURALIZED under the laws od the United States. And it appearing to the Court that the said William Harvey had made his declaration of intention tobecome a Citizen of the United States, according to law; that he had been a resident of the United States for at least five years last past, and of this STate for at least one year last past, and that, during that time, he had behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principals of the Consitution of the United States, and wel disposed to the good order and happiness of the same; and having made an oath, in open Court, that he wold support the Constitution of the United STates, and that he Absolutely and Entirely renounced and Abjured all Allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State of Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria "Queen" he was, on the 16 Aug. one thousand eight hundred and 94, and at the term aforesaid, duly admitted to "b>CITIZENSHIP OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and is therefore entitled to all the rights and privileges of a Naturalized Citizen.
