Issue, according to Morgan Edward's account, four children, one of whom was 15, Nathaniel.

7/4/1689, he was a witness to the second marriage of Edward Shippen to Rebecca Richardson, at the house of, Walter Newberry in Rhode Island (64) (65 Vol. 3, p. 51),; Walter Clarke was also a witness.
2/2/1698, Clement, Thomas, Jeremiah and John Dungan, sons and heirs of Thomas Dungan, deceased, deeded to Walter Pumphrey, carpenter, in consideration of £240, a tract of 200 acres, being the rear part of 400 acres which was granted by William Penn unto Thomas Dungan, Sr., and his son Clement, 200 acres whereof was confirmed to said Thomas and his heirs October 1, 1692, and the other 200 acres confirmed to Clement Dungan and his heirs, January 7, 1692, by Patent, recorded July 20, 1698. Clement, Thomas and Jeremiah made their signatures and seals; John, his mark and seal." (26 Book 2, p. 188).

4. Clement Dungan, son of Rev. Thomas and Elizabeth, b. circa 1668, d. 1732, single.
The names of William, Thomas and Clement Dungan, John Tully, Mordecai Bowden and Richard Lundy appear on Holmes' map as owning a tract of land on the Delaware river adjoining Pennsbury Manor.
12/1/1687/8, Elizabeth Dungan, widow, executrix of Thomas Dungan, and Clement and William her sons, gave a bond to Phineas Pemberton for £100. (26, Book A, Vol. 1, No. 1, p. 149).
1/10/1695/6, Clement Dungan conveyed 50 acres to Joseph Large, who married his niece Dorothy Dungan (44 p. 241).
4/9/1696, he conveyed 50 acres to Edward Doyle, who married his sister Rebecca (44 p. 258).
7/3/1696, he was appointed Constable of Bucks County, Penna. (44. p. 257).
10/7/1708, Clement and Thomas Dungan, conveyed to Christopher Day 50 acres adjoining land of Jeremiah Dungan, Gideon Freeborn, and Nathaniel West, being part of 1000 acres granted unto Clement and Thomas Dungan, by Margaret Cooke, relict of Arthur Cooke, and John Cooke, son of sd Arthur, by deed dated 1/11/1699, recorded in book C., Vol. 1, pp. 19 and 20, which 1000 acres was a moiety of 2000 acres granted to Arthur Cooke by Patent 4/l/1686. (26 Book 4, Vol. 1, p. 25).
9/3/1711, Clement and Thomas Dungan, of Southampton, Bucks County, Pa., in consideration of 5 Shillings and other consideration them moving, granted to James Carrell a tract of 100 acres in Southampton, part of the 1000 acres which the grantors bought of Margaret Cooke, Executrix 1/11/1699. (26 F. Vol. 1, No. 16, p. 97). This deed was not recorded until May 14, 1774. James Carrell was a brother in law to the grantors.
The will of Clement Dungan, of Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pa date August 26, 1732, pr. September 25, 1732, mentions brother Jeremiah, whom he appoints his executor; Thomas Dungan, of Warminster; nephew William Dungan; Judey McCarty; James Carrell, "who is to pay brother Thomas Dungan £3, and £3 for the new meeting house, and be quit of the debt he owes me." Edward Doial, who is directed to pay a sum to Jeremiah Dungan's youngest daughter Mary.
Witnesses: David Drake, George Dungan, Daniel Buck, Jenkin Jones, of Philadelphia, and Joseph Eaton, of North Wales.
