Descendants of John Compton and his wife Susannah Freeman
(Updated 06 March 2004)Welcome to my Compton Family Web Site. Many hours have been put into the preperation, research and documentation of these records.
John Compton and his wife Susannah Freeman came from England, with their descendants settling in the New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Today many of their descendants still live in and around the area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, with other descendants living in Atlantic Canada, throughout Canada and the United States.
As with all such undertakings, accuracy is tried to be maintained, but errors and mistakes do happen. If at anytime you discover a mistake, an ommission, or anything you believe to be an error, please e-mail me, or send me a message thru the guestbook. I very much appreciate all the help I can get.
The Compton family is an ongoing project, and over the next while will be changing continually with pictures, hopefully new descendants and new designs. Please check time-to-time for new additions and changes.
