Property Description - Beginning on the bank of the West Canada Creek 22 links from the stone wall or fence on the west line of said subdivision lot number 6; thence south 35 degrees 30 minutes west 59 chains and twenty links; thence south 54 degrees 15 minutes east 19 chains and 50 links; thence north 34 degrees 45 minutes east about 47 chains to the west end of the tours Pound near the bridge; thence northwesterly from the corner of said Pound across the road about 60 feet to a stake standing 100 feet west of the Potash; thence northeasterly 67 feet to the head of the aquaduct used to convey water to the Potash which is about 88 feet northerly from the north bounds of said Pound; thence about 84 feet to the bank of the creek 44 feet north of the northeast corner of the said Potash; thence up said creek to the place of beginning. [All of lot 6 except for the Potash]
Exception - All mill or hydraulic privileges which are on said piece of land are reserved to the joint use of Stephen Brayton jun., Nahum Daniels, Ezra Pierce, and George Arnold, provided the said Brayton, Daniels, Pierce, and Arnold shall, when they want to occupy such hydraulic privileges, pay for the same at the rate of $20 per acre for all the land they wish to occupy (not to exceed 10 acres).
