The last will and testament of Isaac F. Coffin, German Flatts, Herkimer, NY, 18 Nov 1901

Monday, November 18 1901, To whom it may concern,

This instrument in writing is to represent my last will and testament. I, being in my right mind and strong in body, I direct that my estate, real and personal, be divided as follows:

First, that all of my just debts shall be payed out of any moneys I shall possess.

Second, that I shall be buried in a plot of land to be provided for at that time if not done so before.

Third, that the sum of $300 be paid to the Oak Hill Cemetery fund, the use of which shall be used to keep the plot in order.

Fourth, after paying all of the above claims, I give to my sisters Catherine M. and Emily C. the balance of estate to be divided equal.

Fifth, if either one dies before I do, the remaining one to have all.

Sixth, if my brother John W. should become in need of any help I direct that he be helped from my beneficiaries.

Seventh, the above $300 not to be paid till said beneficiaries are through with it.

Eighth, I make my sisters Catherine and Emily Administrators.

Signed - Isaac F. Coffin, M.D.

Witnesses - Edward C. Curtis (Ilion, NY), Rosina Curtis (Ilion, NY)
