FEED STORE SOLD   Wolters Brothers Dispose of Their Business at No. 100 Third  Street John and Joseph A. Wolters, who for two years have had the feed store at No. 100  Third street have sold the business to George and Dirk Wolffis, who assumed control of it  today.  The business was formerly for about 15 years, conducted by A. Wolters & Son  and two years ago the older Mr. Wolters retired and since then the business has been  carried on by the Wolters Bros.  They expect soon to move from Muskegon and will  locate in Fremont, where they have purchased the Crescent mill from H. A. Brown.  They  will engage in the manufacture of buckwheat, graham and other flours and will do a  general milling business.  Their successors here are sons of J. D. Wolffis, the grocer at 46  Kenneth street.

Obituary

The Daily Chronicle, Muskegon, MI, Monday, February 13, 1899

AT RIPE OLD AGE   Mrs. P. Wolters Died Sunday, Over Four Score Years Old   Mrs. Pieterke Wolters died  Sunday morning at the home of her son, Abel Wolters, 84 Mason avenue - she was 83 years and 1 month old  and leaves six children - Abel and Harm Wolters of this city, Mrs. Jurien Japenga of Fruitport and three sons in  the Netherlands.  The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the residence.  Rev. J. I. Fles  conducting the services.
