LAATSCH - Shirley Jean,
two-year-old daughter of Mrs. Helen Laatsch, died yesterday afternoon at the home, 1018 South Park avenue. She was born July 19, 1927. Besides her mother she leaves a sister and brother, Constance and Harry Laatsch, her grandmothers, Mrs. Mary Schaitberger and Mrs. William Laatsch.

Liesberg, Arthur C., Bridgeport, Michigan.
Passed away suddenly at his home Tuesday morning, Aug. 3, 1976. Age 81 years. He was born Jan. 30, 1895, in Saginaw and had been a lifelong resident. He married Clara Mose in May of 1920. She predeceased him in 1934. He then married Lillian Muehlfeld in 1937. She passed away in October of 1975. He had been employed by the U.S. Graphite Co. for 34 years retiring in 1963. He was a member of the D.A.V. and was a veteran of World War 1. Surviving are one daughter and a son-in-law, Alvin and Norma Baszler, Bridgeport, with whom he made his home; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. A son, LaVerne Liesberg, predeceased him in 1973.
Funeral service will take place 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the Case Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Lawrence Witto will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway, after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Liesberg, Mrs. Lillian, Saginaw, Michigan.
Wife of Arthur Liesberg passed away at Saginaw Osteopathic Hospital early Thursday morning, Oct. 16, 1975. Age 76 years. Lillian Muehlfeld was born Aug. 1, 1899, in Saginaw County and had lived here all of her life. She was married to Mr. Liesberg in April of 1937. He survives her. She also leaves a step-daughter, Mrs. Alvin (Norma) Baszler, Bridgeport. A step-son, LaVerne Liesberg, predeceased her. She also leaves seven grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers, Harry Muehlfeld and Miss Helen Muehlfeld, both of Saginaw; Clarence Muehlfeld, Bridgeport; Mrs. Frank Wright, Kawkawlin; Mrs. Hattie Pritchard, Lansing; Mrs. Selma Beyer, St. Petersberg, Fla.
Funeral service will take place 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Case Chapel, 409 Adams St. Rev. Lawrence Witto will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 2:00 p.m. Friday. Those who so desire may make memorials to the Michian Heart Association or the Faith Lutheran Church in Bridgeport.

Student Pastor Dies, Rites Held Wednesday
Death Sunday morning ended a young man's dreams of a life in the Lutheran ministry. Hugo List, 22, a student of Theology at Concordia Theological Seminary died at Providence Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas, after a short illness. Born August 13, 1927, in Bridgeport Township, he was a member of Immanuel Lutheran church in Frankentrost and of its Walther League Society. He leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred List of 6315 King Road; a sister, Mrs. Norman Meyer; and two brothers, Philip at home and Harold of Saginaw. He also leaves his fiance, Miss Joan Hansen, of Topeka, Kansas.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at Immanuel Lutheran church and burial was in Frankentrost cemetery. The Rev. Henry C. Miller officiated.
