Elizabeth was confirmed at nearby Immanuel Lutheran Church in Frankentrost, Saginaw Co., MI on 29 Mar 1874 according to those church records.
Lizzie went to work as a "domestic servant" on North Jefferson Street in East Saginaw City, Saginaw Co., MI for a young widow TEN EYCK as seen in the 1880 U.S. Federal Census.1

George EISENHAUER was born in Frankenmuth Township, Saginaw County, Michigan 24 October 1858, the son of Franz Joseph EISENHAUER and his wife Henrietta BENDER. George was a brother to Louisa (EISENHAUER) MUEHLFELD, Adam's wife. George was baptized 3 Dec 1858 at St. John Lutheran Church in Saginaw and his sponsors were Mr. WALKENDOERFER and Maria RICHMANN.
George and Elizabeth lived on Bradley Road in Blumfield Twp., Saginaw Co., MI where George was a farmer.This is where they are found on the 1900, 1910 and 1920 census and the widower George is found on the 1930 census. 3, 4, 5, 6

ObituariesEISENHAUER - Mrs. Elizabeth Eisenhauer, wife of George Eisenhauer, died Thursday morning at her home in Blumfield. She was born March 28, 1860, in Springfield, O., and at the age of four came to Frankenmuth with her parents. She was married June 19, 1883. Surviving are her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Oscar Miller of Blumfield. The funeral will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday from the home. Rev. C. Schoenow will officiate and burial will be in Johnson's cemetery in Blumfield.Elizabeth and George are both buried in the Janson Cemetery on Bradley Rd. in Blumfield Twp., Saginaw Co. MI, just down the road from where they lived. Their gravestone is inscribed "EISENHAUER, FATHER GEORGE 1858 - 1937, MOTHER ELIZABETH 1860 - 1927"
George Eisenhauer, 78, retired Blumfield township farmer, died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Oscar Mueller of Blumfield. Born Oct. 24, 1858, in Frankenmuth, Mr. Eisenhauer married Elizabeth Muehlfeldt of Frankenmuth, June 19, 1883. She died Sept. 1, 1927. He leaves besides his daughter, a grandchild, a brother and three sisters, Charles Eisenhauer of Kochville, Mrs. Louise Muehlfeld of Birch Run, Mrs. Peter Janson of Reese and Miss Rose Eisenhauer of Saginaw. The funeral will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Mueller and at 2:30 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran church of Frankentrost. Rev. William Schoenow will officiate and burial will be in Janson cemetery, Blumfield.
