The following information is found:
1. He is referred to in a deed from William Stiles to John Robinson dated 16 dec 1709 as having received a grant of fifty acres of land 24 may 1699.
2. He witnessed a deed from Richard Rogers to Nicholas Gowan 16 oct 1702.
3. He agreed to convey twenty-five acres of land to Bial Hamilton 26 mar 1705
4. He purchased fifty acres of land of Paul Wentworth 7 apr 1707
5. He was elected a hog-reeve in Berwick for 1721, 1722, and 1731
5. He executed a deed in which his wife Deborah joined, to Roger Plaisted of seven acres of land 4 oct 1709
6. He witnessed a deed from John Smith to Caleb Maddock 9 jul 1728
7. He appears as the obligee in a bond 17 jan 1740/41 for the supposrt of his son Benjamin Hamilton, in which mention is made of two other children, Joseph and Mary.
