Antonia Rita Francisca Pruneda, born September 26, 1796 in Montrás, Girona, Catalunya, España. She was the daughter of Melchior Josep Nicolau Pruneda of Montrás and Gertrude María Madalena Cama of Montrás. This line has recently been traced back Antoni Pruneda and Marianna Camias who lived in Palamós, Girona, Catalunya in the 1680s. Antonia and Marianna's granddaughter by marriage to their son Antoni  Pruneda hijo [b.abt 1675]. That granddaughter was  Engracia Catarina María Carbó [b.                         v.? Salvador/Salvio Romaguera [speculation: see note below]*

                                * Note: There is found in Guayama in Loubriél's book Catalanes a Salvio Romaguera who arrived in 1860. Document indicates mayor de edad living Guayama in 1893. It would seem probable he was part of the family of Pere, Narciso and may have been a brother to them as his age precludes him from being the parent. The death of María Antonio, sister of Pere, Narciso and Antonio in Santa Cristina d'Aro in 1851 and not in Castell d'Aro where you would suppose the parents Salvador and Antonia should be living may indicate one or both were dead by 1851.
