In the name of God Amen I Greenhill Woodyeare of Shorn in the County of Kent Esqr. being willing to dispose of my Estate before my decease and being perfect in my understanding and Memory do make this my last will and Testament in manner following that is to say, I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God for eternal Salvation through Jesus Christ, my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executor herein after named and as to what Estate it has pleased God to bestow on me in this life I give and bequeath as followeth

All my Freehold and copyhold Estate and all my Goods and Chattells ready money Plate household Goods and all other real or personal Estates whatso ever whereof I am now possessed or have right in or unto or may have at the time of my death I give dispose and bequeath to my honoured Father William Woodyeare of Shorn in the County of Kent aforesaid Esqr. whom I do hereby make ordaine constitute and appoint my full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all and every other Will or Wills by me heretofore made in anywise whatsoever desireing my said Father to discharge all such debts as I do owe or may at the time of my death Together with my Funerall Charges

In Witness whereof I have to this my said last Will and Testament contained in one Sheet of paper Sett my hand and Seale this twentieth day of October in the ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith yr. Anno Domini 1722
