In the Name of God Amen the twenty second Day of December 1661 in the 13th yeare of the Reigne of Our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second Now King of England I MICHALL WOOD of the Parish of Ash next Sandwich in the County of Kent Cordwainer being weake in body but of sound and perfect memory praised be Almighty God doe make and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following.
First I give my spirit to God that gave it mee my body to be interred at the discrecon of my Executor hereafter named and for the furthering ordering and disposing of my outward temperall estate that God hath blessed me with I doe order and declare as following.

I will and give unto MICHALL WOOD my eldest sunne all my Lands Hereditaments and Messuages to him his heirs and assigns forever he paying my Debts and Legacies and Funerall Expenses whome I hereby make my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

I will and give unto FRANCES WOOD my youngest sunne the sume of fourty & fourty pounds of lawfull money of England to be payed him by my said Executor and all waring apparrell of linnen and woolen as followeth vizt. Fourty pounds payed thereof within six monthes after my decease and fourty pounds residue thereof within eighteen monthes after my decease to be payed to the said FRANCES his heirs or assigns.

Item I will and give unto ELEZABETH CEDE? my sole daughter the sume of five shillings to be payed here within one monthe after my decease by my Executor.

I will and give unto JOHN HUCHENSON my grandsunne and sunne of my said daughter the sume of five pounds of like money to be payed to his use and for the putting him out and aprentice to some trade at his acomplishment of the age of twelve yeares to be payed by my said Executor.

Provided that if any person? or persons? shall bring any past plea of debt against my said daughter and shall procecute the same and make it _____ writ be due before she was maried to her now husband that then my well meaning is that the said Executor shall paye and discharge the sume to ye value of the said five pounds under and deduct so much as so much as shall or maye be so payed out of the said five pounds given to my said grandchild to the use before mentioned.

Item I give unto JUDETH JONSON? my sister tenne shillings to be payed here within fourer monthes after my decease.

Item all other my goods and chattells whatsoever not bequeathed I give unto my said sunne MICHALL WOOD my said Executor revoking all other former wills by me made declaring this to be my last Will and Testament containing one sheete of paper and I have subscribed my hand and fixed my seall the Day and Yeare first above written.
