IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Hanna Woodger of the Parish of St Nicholas Deptford in the County of Kent being in Bodily health and of Sound and Disposing Mind and Memory and Considering and other uncertaintys {sic} of this Transitrory life Do for Avoiding Controversies after my Decease, make Publish and Deliver this my last Will and Testament in the manner following, that is to say. First I com[m]end my Soul to God that Gave it me and my Body I Commit to the Earth as it Shall Please God to Order and as for and concerning all my Worldly Estate I Give bequeath and Dispose thereof as followeth, that is to say,

all Sum and Sums of Money Lands Tenements Goods Chattels and Estate whatsoever as Shall be any ways Due owing or belonging unto me at the time of my Decease I do Give Devise and bequeath the same unto my loving friend Ralph Mitchell Gent of the Parish of St Nicholas Deptford in the County of Kent And I do hereby Nominate and Appoint him Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills Testaments and Deeds of Gift by me at any times heretofore made And I do Ordain and Ratify these Presents to stand and be for and as my only last Will and Testament In Witness whereof to this my said Will I have set my hand and Seal the Twenty fifth Day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three. And in the Third year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the Third over Great Britain Hannah Woodger her Mark.

On the Eighth Day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four Administration with the Will annexed of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Hannah Woodger late of the Parish of Saint Nicholas Deptford in the County of Kent Widow deceased was Granted to Deborah Michell Widow the Relict and one of the Executors of the Will of Ralph Michell deceased whilst living the Sole Executor and Universal Legatee named in the said Will (for that the said Ralph Michell Dyed before he had taken upon him the Execution of the said Will having been first Sworn duly to Administer.
