This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Webb the second of the City of Rochester in the County of Kent, Baker made published and declared this eighteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty one as follows (Item?)
I do hereby appoint my dear wife Mary Executrix and my brother Will(iam) Webb and William Clements Executors of this my Will and do give and (??) unto my said Executors all monies debts Bonds Bills Notes goods and credit and all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheres(oever) and of what nature or sort soever the same shall be or consist of at the time of my decease In trust from and immediately after the collect(ion) of such monies as shall appear to be due and owing to me (which it is my earnest desire shall be made with all possible dispatch) in the first (??) to pay and discharge all my funeral and Testamentary charges (and) my other just debts the surplus of any to be applied towards the supp(ort) and maintenance of my said wife and children.

And I do hereby rev(oke) and make void all former and other Will or Wills by me at any time (??) made and do declare this only to be and contain my last will and Test(ament) In witness I the said Francis Webb the Testator have to this last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal the day and year first above written Frances Webb, Jun
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Francis Webb the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses.

WHEREAS I FRANCIS WEBB of the City of Rochester in the County of Kent Victualler have duly made and executed my last Will and Test(ament) in writing bearing date on or about the twenty first day of December One (thousand) eight hundred and twenty one and have thereby appointed my dear wife (Mary?) Executrix and my brother William Webb and William Clements Exec(utors) thereof.

Now I do hereby in addition thereto make nominate constitute and appoint my son Francis Webb of Rochester aforesaid Baker E(xecutor) jointly with my said Brother William Webb and William Clements(And) do hereby confirm my said Will in every particular thereof and do direct (??) present writing to be a Codicil to my said Will and that the same be taken (??) thereof. In witness whereof I the said Francis Webb have hereunto (set my) hand and seal this twenty first day of December One thousand eight hundred and twenty nine. F. Webb L.S. Signed sealed published and declared (by) the said Francis Webb the Testator as and for a Codicil to his last Will and Testament and to be taken as part thereof in the presence of us

This will was proved with one Codicil thereto on the second day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty one before the Reverend Edward Mott Allfree Clerk a Surrogate by the oaths of Mary Webb Widow the Relict and Francis Webb the Executrix and one of the Executors therein named to whom Administration was granted they having been first sworn duly to Administer. Power reserved of making the usual grant to William Webb and William Clements the other Executors when they shall apply for the same.

Testator died on (??) Jany. 1830.
