In the name of God Amen I Samuel Webb of Milton alias Middleton in the County of Kent Cordwainer being sicke and weake of body but of sound and perfect minde and memory praise bee therefore given to Almighty God doe make and ordayne this my present last will and Testament in manner and forme following (that is to say) First and principally I commend my soule into the hands of Almighty God hopeing through the meritts death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sinns and to mheritt Everlasting Life And my body I committ to the Earth to bee decentlie buried at the discrecon of my executor hereafter named And as touching and concerning the disposicon of all such temporall estate as it pleased Almightie God to bestowe upon mee I give and dispose thereof as followeth
First I will that my debts and Funerall charges shall bee paid and discharged

Item I give and bequeath unto my brother Anthony Webb all that my messuage or Tenement situate and being in Milton and all rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging now in the occupation of Thomas Terry for and during the terme of his naturall life And from and after his decease to the heirs of his body lawfully begotten And for want of such issue I give and devise the said messuage unto my uncle John Finch of Milton aforesaid to him and his heirs for ever

Item I give and bequeath unto my cozen Mary Finch daughter of my said uncle John Finch all that my messuage or tenement in Milton aforesaid adioyning to the aforesaid messuage now in the occupation of Edward Meade unto her and her heirs for ever

Item I give and bequeath unto my said uncle John Finch all those my two messuages or tenements and all rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging in Milton foresaid one in the occupation of James Tonge gent and the other late in the occupation of Henry Dabbs to him and his heires for ever which said messuages I have already settled upon the said John Finch and his heires for ever by a former deed of guift made

All the rest and residue of my personall estate goods Cattle and chattells whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my said uncle John Finch full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I doe hereby revoake disannull and make void all former and other wills and testaments by mee heretofore made In witness whereof I the said Samuel Webb to this my present last Will and Testament being contained in one sheete of paper have hereunto sett my hand and seale the thirtieth day of October in the two and thirtieth yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles the second over England etc Annog Dom 1680 The marke of Samuell Webb Signed sealed published and declared to bee the last Will and Testament of the abovesaid Samuel Webb in the presence of
