In the name of God Amen. I SAMUEL VINEY of the parish of Doddington in the County of Kent being of sound and disposing mind and sensible of my weakness and mortality do make, ordain and constitute this my last Will and Testament in manner following.
First, recommending my soul to God, hoping for mercy through our Lord Jesus Christ and commit my body to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my executor hereafter named and for those worldly goods which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and bequeath to my nephew SAMUEL VINEY junior of the parish of Doddington aforesaid all my goods, chattels and moveables.

Item. I give, bequeath and devise to my said nephew SAMUEL VINEY junior all that tenement, house, barn, stable and all other outhouses, buildings and other appurtenances, together with all the lands thereunto belonging containing by estimation fifty acres more or less lying and being in the parish of Witchling in said County of Kent and now in the occupation of THOMAS SWAN to hold and possess and enjoy all the profits of them during his natural life and after his decease to his present wife ANN VINEY during her natural life in case that she survives her said husband
and after the decease of both the said SAMUEL VINEY junior and ANN his present wife I give, bequeath and devise all that said tenement, house, barn, stable and all other outhouses, buildings and their appurtenances, together with all the lands thereunto belonging containing by estimation fifty acres more or less to SAMUEL VINEY, son to the said SAMUEL VINEY junior and his present wife ANN VINEY, and to his heirs forever.

Item. I give to my nephew JOHN VINEY of the parish of Milton in the said County of Kent, felmonger, the sum of ten pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my nephew OBEDIAH VINEY, living in the parish of Hollingbourne in the said County of Kent, felmonger, the sum of five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to my niece ELIZABETH, wife of HENRY MAY, living in the parish of Borden in the said County, Yeoman, the sum of five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to my niece MARY, wife of JOHN TILMAN, living in the parish of Borden, husbandman, the sum of five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to my niece RACHEL, wife of THOMAS SHORE, lately living in the parish of Crayford in the said County of Kent, felmonger the sum of five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to my niece MARGARET VINEY living in the village of Bredgar in the said County of Kent the sum of five pounds.

Item. I give and bequeath to my cousin FILMER living in the Parish of Newnham in the said County of Kent and to his wife SUSANNA my cousin FILMER to each of them five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to JOHN SILLS my cousin living lately in the Parish of Wye in the County of Kent the sum of one shilling.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my niece RACHEL wife of JOHN HARRIS living in the Parish of Kingsdown in the said County of Kent, bricklayer, the sum of five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to my niece MARY wife of THOMAS REINES living in the Parish of Ulcomb in the said County of Kent, husbandman, the sum of five pounds.
Item. I give and bequeath to my sister Widow VINEY living in the parish of Ulcomb aforesaid in the said County of Kent the sum of two pounds.

And my will is that my said nephew SAMUEL VINEY junior within the term of two years after my decease pay out of the profits of the said tenement, house, barn, stable and other buildings and their appurtenances and of the lands aforesaid of fifty acres more or less and out of my goods and chattels all and every one of the said sums and legacies respectively to my said nephews JOHN and OBEDIAH VINEY and to my said nieces ELIZABETH MAY, MARY TILMAN, MARGARET VINEY, RACHEL SHAW and to my cousins THOMAS FILMER and SUSANNA his wife and JOHN SILLS and to my nieces RACHEL HARRIS and MARY RAINES and to my sister VINEY.

Item. My will is that my said nephew SAMUEL VINEY junior do pay during his natural life yearly and every year out of the profits aforesaid tenement, house, barn, stables and other buildings and lands of fifty acres more or less and their appurtenances aforesaid and my goods and chattels the sum of two pounds to my nephew THOMAS VINEY of the Parish of Doddington aforesaid Felmonger and the sum of two pounds yearly and every year during his natural life to my niece MARTHA WILLAROMB, wife of WILLIAM WILLAROMB in the Parish of Crayford in the said County of Kent and if ANN the said wife of the said SAMUEL VINEY junior do survive him her said husband my will is that she shall pay out of the said tenement, house, barn, stable and other buildings and of the said fifty acres of land more or less thereunto belonging and out of my goods and chattels all and every one of the said sums and legacies respectively as before directed so far as they shall remain unpaid during her natural life.

And after her decease the said SAMUEL VINEY, son of the said SAMUEL VINEY and ANN his present wife, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns shall pay out of the said profits of the said tenement, house, barn, stables and other buildings and out of the lands of fifty acres more or less and out of my goods and chattels all and every the said sums and legacies respectively as before directed so far as they shall remain unpaid forever and I do hereby charge all the said tenement, house, barn, stable and other buildings and all the said fifty acres of land more or less with the discharge and payment of all and every one of the said sums and legacies till they and every one of them be fully and faithfully discharged and paid as before directed.

And I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said nephew SAMUEL VINEY junior sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament of SAMUEL VINEY on 6th December in the year of our Lord 1720 in the presence of
D SOMERSCALES, WILLIAM MANTLE and EDWARD PARKER.
