This is the Last Will and Testament of Me Eleanor Tupper Widow of Harrietsham in the County of Kent

First I give and bequeath to James Buttler of Harrietsham at my Decease the sum of One Hundred Pounds

Also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Cooper the like sum of One Hundred Pounds at my Decease, if she be living at my Decease,
if not I give and bequeath the said One Hundred Pounds to her Daughter Susanna Cooper
Also I give to the said Susanna Cooper Six Silver Tea Spoons marked EC

Also I give and bequeath to Eleanor Butler one large Silver Spoon marked ET
I give and bequeath My Yellow Bed with all belonging thereto to my Daughter Elizabeth Cooper

I give and bequeath all the rest and remainder of my Personal Estate to be equally divided bettwen James Butler and Elizabeth Cooper they paying my Just Debts the Expences of My Funeral and the probate of this my last will

Lastly I do nominate and appoint James Buttler to be my sole Executor to this My Last will and Testament

In witness whereof I the said Eleanor Tupper have sett my Hand and Seal this Twenty seventh Day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Four X the Mark of Eleanor Tupper (née Cox)

Sealed Signed Published and Declared by the said Eleanor Tupper as and for her last will and Testament in presence of Us
Benjamin Bottle & Thomas Ellis

Probate: 10 Oct 1804
James Butler the sole Executor named in this Will was duly Sworn as usual And that the Goods Chattels and Credits do not amount in value to the Sum of Three hundred pounds Before me, Joshua Dix, Surrogate
