This is the last Will and Testament of me William Saxby of the parish of Edenbridge in the County of Kent a schoolmaster wast published and ordained the sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two. First I will order and direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of the probate of this my will be paid and discharged by my Executors hereinafter named and I give and bequeath unto my friend Thomas Langridge of the parish of Edenbridge aforesaid collarmaker all my mesfuages or tenements and garden situate in the parish of Edenbridge aforesaid and now in my occupation with the appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging ___ ____ to him the said Thomas Langridge his heirs and assigns for ever in trust nevertheless that the said Thomas Langridge his heirs and assigns or the survivor of him the said Thomas Langridge his heirs and assigns or the heirs executors and administrators of such survivor to sell dispose of and convey the same unto the best bidder that may be found and the purchase money that shall arise thereby to first to be applied to the payment of the sum of three hundred and fifty-nine pounds already due and owing unto the said Thomas Langridge or whatsoever interest shall be due to the said Thomas Langridge at the time of my decease and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature or kindsoever.

I give and bequeath the same unto the said Thomas Langridge also in trust nevertheless to collect and get in to pay and apply all the money owing thereby and for the purpose of paying out and also discharging all other my just debts and if any of the said money shall remain over and above such just debts the same to be given to my lawful wife Ann Saxby and I do nominate ____ and appoint the said Thomas Langridge and my son William Saxby joint Executors of this my said last will and testament and I do revoke and make void all and every other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made - In witness whereof I ____ to this my said last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper setting my hand and seal the day and year first above written William Saxby
Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Saxby the testator as and for his last will and testament we have at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

Proved at London the 17th January 1834 before the worshipful John ___ Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath Thomas Langridge one of the executors to whom admon was granted have been first sworn duly to administer power reserved of making the like grant to William Saxby the son the other Executor when he shall apply for the same.
