In the Name of God Amen I John Knowler of Faversham in the County of Kent Gentleman being well in body and of sound and perfect Mind Memory and Understanding Praised be God Considering the Uncertainty of this Mortal life do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say First and Principally I Recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hopeing to be saved by the Merits of Jesus Christ my Redeemer and my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently Interred according to the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named

Item I Give and Devise unto my Nephew John Tucker Clerk All that my Messuage Tenement or Farm commonly called or known by the Name of Norwoods with all and singular the Barns Stables Courts Yards Gardens Orchards Lands and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Messuage or Tenement belonging or appertaining or therewith used Occupied and enjoyed situate lying and being in the Parish of Hearne in the said County of Kent and now or late in the Tenure or Occupation of John Bing or his Assigns
And also all other my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same unto the said John Tucker and to his heirs and Assigns for ever

Item I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Dorothy Tucker the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid unto her by my Executor within One Month next after my Decease

Item I Give and bequeath unto my Neice Mildred Tucker the Sum of Five Hundred Pounds
and unto my Neice Dorothy Tucker the like Sum of Five Hundred Pounds
and unto my Neice Elizabeth Tucker the like Sum of Five Hundred Pounds
to be paid unto them severally by my Executor within Six Months next after my Decease

Item all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I Give and bequeath unto my said Nephew John Tucker whom I hereby Nominate and Appoint full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said John Knowler have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty sixth day of June in the twenty sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second now King of Great Britain and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty two John Knowler
