I give & bequeath unto my dear wife Sarah Kippes all my lands & tenements lying & being in Hothfield and Milton in the county of Kent afores’d to have & to hold to her & her heirs forever; but with this proviso that if my goods and cha’lls will not ------- all-----debts then so much of my said lands & tenem. lying in Hothfield & Milton afores’d shall e sold towards the paym’t of my Debts as shall raise money to pay t’m all.
And all the rest of residue of my goods & chell’s after my debts
& funeral charges & expenses are discharged I give & bequeath unto
my s’d Dear loving Wife Sarah Kippes whom I make sole Ext’ix.
This my last Will & Testam’t revoking all other Wills by me hereto
fore made. In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand & seal
