In the Name of God Amen Eleaventh Day of November in the Yeare of Our Lord God one thousand six hundred and thirty five. I JAMES JEKIN of the Parish of Oxney in the County of Kent Yeoman doe make and ordayne this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following.
First I bequeath my soule into the Hands of Almighty God and my body to be buried in the Church of Ringwood.

Item I give unto the poore of St Margarett at Cliffe twenty shillings theise severall sumes to be paid within one whole yeare after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto SUSAN my now wife one hundred pounds of good and lawfull money of England and all my househoule stuff and tenne pounds a yeare of the like lawfull money during the terme of my now leases of Oxney.

Item I give unto my daughter SUSANN JEKIN the younger three score pounds of good and lawfull money of England.

Item I give unto my daughter SUSANN the now wife of ABRAHAM BYNARD? thirty pounds whereof shee shall onely receave the usse of it during her naturall life and after her decease the said thirty pounds to be equally divided among her children then living.

Item I give unto GEORGE JEKIN my eldest sonne fifty pounds.
I give unto VALENTINE JEKIN my youngest sonne twenty pounds.

Item My will is that my aforesaid wife SUSANN shall have her dwelling in that parte of the house which I have now with convenient liveneing soe long as my lease doth last.

And all the rest of my goodes unbequeathed I give unto my sonne JOHN JEKIN whom I make my sole Executor he paying my Debts and Legacyes.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seale. Dated the Day and Yeare above written subscribed the said JAMES JEKIN -JAMES JEKIN - sealed in the presence of witnesses to this Will
