This is the last Will and Testament of me JOHN COOPER INGE of Stouting in the County of Kent Farmer.

I devise all the Real Estate which shall at my decease be vested in me as Mortgagee or Trustee in fee unto EDWARD WATTS of Hythe in Kent Gentleman and STEPHEN GAMBRILL of Grand Acre Farm Waltham in Kent Farmer Upon Trust.
And subject to such equities as shall at my decease be subsisting concerning the same respectively I devise all the Real Estate and bequeath all the Personal Estate which shall belong to me at my decease to the said EDWARD WATTS and STEPHEN GAMBRILL Upon Trust to sell my Real Estate and get in my Personal Estate when and as the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of my Will shall in their or his discretion deem it most advantageous to with power to make any special or other conditions of sale as to the Title or otherwise.
And in the meantime such Real or Personal Estate and the Rents Interest and yearly produce thereof respectively shall be subject to the Trusts and provisions hereinafter contained concerning the money to arise therefrom. And concerning the income of such money and Upon further Trust to convert the money to arise from the Real and Personal Estates to be sold and gotten in as __ in the name or names of the said Trustees or Trustee in or upon any of the Public Stocks Funds or Securities of Great Britain or on mortgages of Real Estate in England with liberty to vary and transpose the investments from time to time at the discretion of the said Trustees or Trustee for any other investment of the description contemplated by this Trust.
And as to the money to arise as aforesaid and the Stocks Funds and Securities wherein the same shall be invested In Trust in the first place to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.

And after full payment thereof then In Trust to pay the income and dividends arising from the residue thereof unto my dear wife CHARLOTTE unto and during the term of her natural life. And then and immediately after her decease then Upon Trust to pay the said Trust Money Interest and dividends unto and between all and every my children share and share alike.

And I further declare that the receipts of the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of my Will shall effectually exonerate Mortgagees and others paying monies to such Trustees or Trustee from all liability in respect to the application thereof.

I empower my said wife during her life and after her decease the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of my Will if any or none of the Executors or Administrators of the last deceased and or either or any of such Executors or Administrators to nominate in writing any person or persons to supply the place of my Trustees or Trustee of my Will who shall die whether in my lifetime or after my decease or disclaim or be unwilling or unable to act. And on every such appointment the necessary assurances shall be executed for vesting my Trust Estate in new and old Trustees or in new Trustees so long as the case may be. And I absolve the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will from responsibility for the receipts and the defaults of each other and for involuntary losses. And also authority such Trustees or Trustee to retain and allow to each other all expenses incurred in or about the execution of the Trusts of my Will And I hereby allow the said EDWARD WATTS to charge and retain all his proper professional charges and expenses in carrying out the aforesaid Trusts.

I appoint my said Trustees to be Executors of my Will.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 9th Day of November 1854 JOHN C. INGE Signed by the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
