And I do give devise and bequeath unto JOHN COOPER INGE of the Parish of Brabourne Yeoman and WILLIAM INGE of the Parish of Northbourne in the said County Yeoman their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns respectively all and every any Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality so ever the same shall and may consist and be at the time of my decease In Trust
that they the said JOHN COOPER INGE and WILLIAM INGE and the survivor of them and the Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns of such survivor do and shall as conveniently may be after my decease sell and dispose of any said Real Estate and such parts of my said Personal Estate as shall not consist of monies or Securities for money and receive get and collect in all such parts thereof as shall consist of monies or Securities of money and shall and do stand possessed of the produce and proceeds of all my said Real and Personal Estates. Upon Trust in the first place thereof to pay off and discharge all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the costs and charges of proving this my Will and carrying the same and the Trusts into Execution.
And in the next place Upon Trust to pay and divide the Residue of such produce and proceeds unto and amongst all and every my children JOHN COOPER INGE WILLIAM INGE EDW1N INGE ELIZABETH INGE ELIZABETH the wife of RICHARD MAPLESDEN JANE INGE GEORGE INGE EMMA the wife of FRANCIS NOPS and FREDERIC INGE in equal shares and proportions as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and to their respective Executors Administrators and Assigns.
And for the facilitating such sale or sales I do hereby declare that the script or receipts of my said Trustees or of the survivor of them or the Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns of such survivor or of the acting Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will shall from time to time be a good and sufficient discharge and good and sufficient discharges to any purchaser or purchasers of the Real and Personal Estates hereby directed to be sold or any of them or any part thereof and to his her and their respective Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for so much of the purchase money or purchase monies as shall in such receipt or receipts be acknowledged or expressed to be received. And such purchaser or purchasers his her or their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns respectively shall not be liable to see to the application of such purchase monies or any part thereof or be answerable or be accountable for the misapplication or non application of the same respectively.
And I do hereby declare my will and mind to be that the sum of four hundred and fifty pounds due from my son JOHN COOPER INGE the sum of two hundred and seventy pounds due from my son W1LLIAM INGE the sum of six hundred pounds due from my son EDWIN INGE the sum of two hundred pounds due from my daughter ELIZABETH MAPLESDEN and the sum of four hundred and ten pounds due from my son GEORGE INGE to me shall be accounted for by them respectively and taken by them respectively in part satisfaction of their respective distribution shares of and in the produce and proceeds of my said Real and Personal Estate.
And I do declare that my son HENRY MAY INGE who has already had monies exceeding in amount his share of the value of my Real and Personal Estate shall not be called upon to pay any sum of money due from him to my estate at the time of my decease.
And I do hereby appoint the said JOHN COOPER INGE and WILLIAM INGE Executors of this my Will
hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills Codicils and Testamentary Dispositions
whatsoever by me at anytime herebefore made.
And do declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand the day and year first above written JOHN INGE. Signed by
the said JOHN INGE the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same
time who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names as Witnesses
