This is the last Will and Testament of me PETER INGE of the Parish of Littlebourn in the County of Kent.

I give devise and bequeath unto my son JOHN INGE one hundred pounds.
And I give devise and bequeath unto my son MAY INGE the like sum of one hundred pounds.
And I also give devise and bequeath unto my son MAY INGE all my household furniture plate linen and china.

After which I give devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be whether messuages lands tenements monies securities for monies rights credits hereditaments and unto my sons JOHN THOMAS and MAY their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants except such sum or sums of money I have hereunto given to either of them as shall be hereafter mentioned.

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said sons JOHN THOMAS and MAY Executors of this my Will.
I also revoke all former wills by me made subject however to the following bequests vizt.

I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter JANE the wife of WILLIAM COCK of the Parish of Chislet the sum of three hundred pounds or to her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns.
And I desire my Executors will pay the same within twelve months after my decease.

I also give and bequeath unto my daughter SARAH wife of ENOCH CHILD of the Parish of Ash next Sandwich the sum of five shillings per week during her natural life and which I desire my Executors regularly to pay her.

I also give and bequeath unto my sister ANN INGE Spinster the sum of three shillings and sixpence per week during her natural life and which I desire my Executors to pay her weekly.

And I have full confidence in my sons that they will execute my Will according the true sense and meaning thereof I do not charge my Real Estates with the payment of the aforesaid sums but have them to make such provision for the payment of the same as they in their discretion may think proper.

And as I advanced my son THOMAS one of my before named Executors the sum of two hundred pounds on the 20th Day of October 1804 it is my will and pleasure that the aforesaid sum of two hundred pounds with Interest for the same at 5% to the time of my decease shall be repaid to my Executors before a division of my property is made between my three sons JOHN THOMAS and MAY.

In Witness whereof I the said PETER INGE have to this last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 28th Day of December in the year of our Lord 1809. PETER INGE Signed sealed published and delivered by the said PETER INGE the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto
