IN the Name of God Amen I RICHARD INGE of the Parish of Beakesbourne in the County of Kent Yeoman being in good health and of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding (praised be God for the same) do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament touching my Temporal Estate in manner and forme following (that is to say).

I give and bequeath unto my youngest daughter MARGARET INGE my feather bed with the bolsters pillows bedstoole and furniture thereto belonging and also my case of drawers which wase her late deceased mothers before my marriage with her.

Also I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter SARAH COOKE the sum of two pounds and ten shillings of lawful money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my son RICHARD INGE the lease of the farm and lands which I now use and occupy and all my Estate Term of years and Interest therein so paying to my Executor herein after named the value of the stock and utensils on the said farm and lands within one month next after my decease.

And all the rest and residue of my monies goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment of my just debts and the charges of my funeral and of the probate of this my Will) I give and bequeath unto the several and respective persons and in the shares and proportions following. (That is to say)

one eleventh part thereof unto my son RICHARD INGE
One eleventh part thereof unto my son BENJAMIN INGE
One eleventh part thereof unto my son PETER INGE
One eleventh part thereof unto my son WILLIAM INGE
One eleventh part thereof unto my daughter ELIZABETH the wife of JOHN GAGE
One other eleventh part thereof unto JAMES MUNNS and JOHN MUNNS the two sons of my late daughter MARY the wife of JAMES MUNNS deceased
One other eleventh part thereof unto my daughter MARTHA the wife of THOMAS MINTER
One other eleventh part thereof unto my daughter ANNE INGE
One other eleventh part thereof unto my son JOHN INGE
One other eleventh part thereof unto my daughter SUSANNA INGE
And the other and remaining part thereof unto my said daughter MARGARET INGE

And I do hereby direct that the several Legacies herein before given and bequeathed to my said daughter MARGARET INGE to my said grand Daughter SARAH COOKE and to the said JAMES MUNNS and JOHN MUNNS the two sons of my late daughter MARY shall be paid unto them respectively at their respective ages of twenty one years or sooner if my Executor in his discretion shall think fit.

And that all other legacies given by this my Will shall be paid unto the several and respective persons to whom I have before given and bequeathed the same within six months next after my decease.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said son PETER INGE Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

And I revoke and make void all former and other Wills and Testaments by me made at any time or times hereto before made And so publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I the said RICHARD INGE the Testator have to the first sheet of this last Will and Testament contayned in two sheets of paper set my hand and the last sheet thereof my hand and seal the 14th Day of February in the seventh year of the Reigne of Our Sovereign Lord George the Third of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of Our Lord 1767 RlCHARD INGE Signed sealed published and declared by the said RlCHARD INGE the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto in the presence of the said Testator
