In the name of God Amen The six and Twentith day of February in the sixt yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles by the grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland King defendour of the Faith & Anno Domini 1630
I Thomas Huggins of Rodmersham in the County of Kent husbandman being sicke in body but of good and perfect memory (praysed be God) doe make & declare this my last will and Testament in manner & Forme following, that is to say,
First I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almightie God my Maker and Redeemer and my body to the earth to be buried after the manner of Christian Buriall

Item I give unto my Daughters Elizabeth and Tomazine Huggins Three pounds a peece, that is to say, three pounds to Elizabeth to be paied on the Feast of St Michaell Tharchangell which wille in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred & thirtie two And three pounds to be paied unto the said Thomazine at her age of Eighteene yeares
And my will and meaning is that my Executors hereafter named shall allow & pay unto my said daughter Thomazine after the Rate of Eighteene pence in the pound for interest of the said three pounds until the said Thomazine shall attaine the said age of eighteene years

Item I further give unto the said Elizabeth and Tomazine to each of them a paire of Sheets and a kettle

All the rest of my Goods and Chattles whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my welbeloved wife Margarett and to my Sonne John Huggins
And I doe make & ordayne the said Margaret and John Executors of this my last will and testament

In witness whereof I the said Thomas Huggins have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written
